摘 要:针对半潜式平台结构复杂,疲劳谱分析时需要对许多疲劳热点进行细化评估分析,数值模型大、分析时间过长等问题,考虑多工况、多疲劳热点的特点,利用子模型法,基于PCL语言,实现自动对疲劳子模型进行分析,以缩减分析时间,提高工作效率。For semi-submersible unit, the structure is very complex, many refine mesh areas of hot spots needs to be analyzed with spectral-based fatigue analysis, so that the FEM model is too large, which is hard for computer to calculate. In light of the characteristics of many load cases and many hot spots in the spectral-based fatigue analysis, the sub-model method and PCL language are used to realize the fatigue analysis of the sub-model automatically, so as to reduce analysis time and improve the computation efficiency.
