摘　　要：介绍《2009年香港国际安全与无害环境拆船公约》背景和我国船企的履约情况,通过对公约的内容和框架的解读,分析公约对于新造船、现有营运船和拆船过程的要求。从实际操作的角度出发提出造船厂、船舶配套产品厂、航运企业以及拆船厂履行公约的应对措施,为相关船舶企业履行公约提供参考。The background of the Hong Kong International Convention for the Safe and Environmentally Sound Recycling of Ships is introduced, as well as the domestic present status of performance of Hong Kong Convention. Through the describing for the content and constitution of the Convention, the requirements to the new ship construction, the existing ships and the ship dismantling are analyzed. Some practical countermeasures and advices are proposed respectively for ship yard, ship product manufacturer, shipping enterprise and ship breaking yard, providing some useful references for the related ship enterprises.
