异维A酸胶丸联合红霉素肠溶胶囊治疗难治性痤疮疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察异维A酸胶丸联合红霉素肠溶胶囊治疗难治性痤疮的效果。方法:将106例难治性痤疮患者随机均分成两组,治疗组给予异维A酸胶丸联合红霉素肠溶胶囊,对照组给予异维A酸胶丸治疗4周,观察用药后两组临床指标的改善情况。结果:治疗组与对照组总有效率分别为86.79%、67.92%(P<0.05),临床疗效治疗组优于对照组。结论:异维A酸胶丸联合红霉素肠溶胶囊治疗难治性痤疮安全、有效。Objietive： To observe therapeutic effect of treating Intractable acne with Isotretinoin Soft Capsule and Eythromycin Enteric-coated Capsule. Methods：104 cases of Intractable acne were enrolled and randomly assigned to receive Isotretinoin soft capsules and Eythromycin Enteric-coated Capsule（treatment group,n =52）or Isotretinoin Soft Capsules（control group,n =52）for 4 weeks. The clinical indexes in two groups after treatment were observed. Results：The total effective rate was 86.79% in the treatment group and67.92% in the control group（P〈0.05）,indicating that the therapeutic effect of treating group was superior to the control group.Conclusions：Isotretinoin soft capsules and Eythromycin Enteric-coated Capsule are safe and effective in treating acne vulgaris.
