蜈蚣胶囊联合针灸治疗急性面神经炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察蜈蚣胶囊联合针灸治疗急性面神经炎(AFP)的疗效。方法:将60例AFP患者按随机数字表法分为两组,对照组30例患者仅接受常规西药治疗+针灸治疗,治疗组30例患者在对照组基础上加用蜈蚣胶囊治疗。结果:治疗2周后,治疗组疗效显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:蜈蚣胶囊联合针灸治疗急性面神经炎可有效改善临床预后,疗效好,无明显不良反应。Objietive：To investigate the therapeutic effect of acupuncture combined with centipede capsule for acute facial paralysis. Methods.60 patients suffered from facial paralysis were included and randomly divided into treatment group and control group, thus each group included 30 patients. Patients of 2 groups had routine application of dexamethasone,ribavirin and acupuncture,On the basis of control group＇s therapy , centipede capsule was given to the patients in treatment group. Resuhs： 14days after treatment , there was significant difference in House-Brackmann （H- B）grade between two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusions： Centipede capsule combined with acupuncture can treat facial paralysis effectively and safely.
