摘  要:【目的】探讨mi R-155在肝细胞肝癌组织中的表达情况,以及其表达的临床意义。【方法】选取手术治疗的39例肝细胞肝癌患者的癌组织及癌旁组织和10例正常肝组织标本。采用q RT-PCR法检测了mi R-155的表达,通过统计学的方法分析了mi R-155的表达与患者临床病理特征及预后的关系。【结果】肝细胞肝癌组织及癌旁组织中mi R-155表达明显高于正常肝组织。mi R-155表达与肿瘤分化、转移、静脉侵犯相关,而与年龄、性别、肿瘤大小、卫星灶、肿瘤数量、AJCC分期及AFP无明显相关。肝细胞肝癌组织中mi R-155高表达的患者5年生存率明显低于低表达的患者(P=0.017),mi R-155高表达是影响肝癌患者总体生存的独立风险因素(P=0.003)。【结论】mi R-155在肝细胞癌组织中的表达水平明显上调,与肿瘤转移相关,提示mi R-155可能参与了肝细胞肝癌的发生、发展过程,mi R-155可能成为一种新的肝癌预后参考指标。【Objective】To detect the expression of mi R-155 in hepatoeellular carcinoma(HCC) tissue samples and explore its association with clinicopathologic features.【Methods】q RT-PCR analysis was used to detect the expression of mi R-155 in tissue specimens from HCC tissue and the adjacent non-cancerous hepatic tissues from 39 patients and in normal liver tissues from 10 patients. Statistical analysis was used to determine the association between the expression of mi R-155 and clinicopathologic characteristics and prognosis of patients.【Results】The expression of mi R-155 was up-regulated in HCC and the adjacent noncancerous hepatic tissues compared with normal liver tissues. The results showed that high expression of mi R-155 was correlated with the characteristics of tumor grade(P = 0.012), metastasis(P = 0.019) and venous invasion(P = 0.001). There were no significant correlations between mi R-155 expression and gender, age, tumor size, satellite lesions, tumor number, AJCC TNM stage and AFP. The lower mi R-155 expression group had better survival, whereas the higher mi R-155 expression group had shorter survival(P = 0.017).The mi R-155 expression may play a role in predicting of the overall survival in HCC(P = 0.003).【Conclusions】The high level of mi R-155 expression was correlated significantly with tumor progression and unfavorable prognosis. It indicated that mi R-155 may be involved in the process of HCC and expected to become a novel candidate marker for prognosis of HCC.
