医学专业学位研究生与规范化培训住院医师衔接培养的实践初探

摘　　要：对医学专业学位研究生教育与住院医师规范化培训衔接工作进行有益的探索和实践,通过研究生招生与住院医师招录的结合、研究生培养与住院医师规范化培训过程的结合、专业学位授予标准与临床医师准入制度的结合,创新性地构建了有机衔接的人才培养模式和培养机制,对临床医学专业学位研究生与规范化培训住院医师衔接培养的问题进行了分析,取得了一定成效。Exploration was carried out in cultivation of medical professional degree postgraduates combined withstandardized training of resident doctors. New talent training mode and cultivating mechanism were created bystressing combination in 3 aspects, namely combination of enrollment of postgraduates and resident doctors,combination of postgraduate cultivation and resident doctor training, and combination of professional degreeawarding standard and clinician access system. Existing problems were analyzed and some achievements wereobtained.
