间接法16层螺旋CT静脉造影在下肢静脉曲张中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨间接法16层螺旋CT静脉造影在下肢静脉曲张中的诊断和鉴别诊断价值。方法 23例下肢静脉曲张患者均行间接法16层螺旋CT造影检查。综合应用容积再现(VR),最大密度投影(MIP),多平面重建(MPR)等图像后处理技术,并结合原始图像进行分析。结果 23例患者的下肢静脉曲张均清楚显示。大隐静脉及其各属支清楚显示。1例同时伴有同侧浅静脉血栓形成;3例合并同侧髂静脉血栓形成;1例合并双下肢动脉壁钙化。结论间接法16层螺旋CT静脉造影是下肢静脉曲张中诊断和鉴别诊断的一种有效的检查方法。Objective To discuss the value of of indirectly 16-Slice MSCT venography in varicose vein of lower extremity.Methods 23 cases of varicose vein of lower extremity underwent indirectly 16-Slice MSCT venography.The data were analysed with Image processing technique as volume render（VR） ,maximum intensity projection（MIP） and multiplane reconstruction（MPR） Combined with analysis of the original images.Results In 23 cases, the varicose vein of lower extremity and the branches of femoral superifcial vein were showed clearly.In 1 case, superifcial vein thrombosis wan found.In 3 cases iliofemoral vein thrombosis were found.In 1 case Double lower limbs arterial wall calcification was found.Conclusion Indirectly 16-Slice MSCT venography in varicose vein of lower extremity is a effective method of diagnosis and differential diagnosis.
