北京市流动妇女生育健康状况及其影响因素

摘　　要：采用定量研究的方法,通过整群抽样、问卷调查的方式对北京市朝阳区的流动妇女进行调查,研究发现:该流动妇女群体的保健意识、保健知识和保健行为有待提高;孕检率低,孕检次数未达到卫生部的要求;避孕措施使用率较低,人工流产率较高;性健康知识不足,妇科疾病主要表现为妇科炎症;求医行为有待转换。分析其原因,年龄和文化程度是影响流动妇女孕检率、孕检次数、流产率、流产次数以及性病、艾滋病知识掌握程度的显著性因素,文化程度对流动妇女的求医行为有显著性影响。应依据不同年龄、不同文化程度妇女的需求,为她们提供适宜的、可接受的生育健康教育。In order to explore the condition, issues and effect factors of reproductive health among migrant women in Beijing, we adopted quantitative method to investigate the migrant women in Chaoyang District by cluster sampling and self- administered questionnaire. The results indicated that migrant women were younger in average age. The education level of more than half of them was junior high school. Their consciousness, knowledge and behavior of reproductive health care need to be improved. The prenatal care rate was low and the times of prenatal care didn＇t meet the standard of Minister of Health. Migrant women were lack of sexual knowledge and their artificial abortion rate was high. The gynecologic inflammation influenced migrant women＇s health. They should change their health- seeking behavior. The age and education level are the major influencing factors behind their prenatal care rate, times of prenatal check, artificial abortion rate, times of abortion and knowledge of sexual transmitted diseases including acquired immune deficiency syndrome. The education level influenced their health- seeking behavior significantly.Therefore, we should provide appropriate and acceptable reproductive health education and advocacy according to age and education level to meet the migrant women＇s needs.
