摘　　要：目的：研究五味子藤茎的化学成分。方法：采用各种色谱技术进行分离纯化,结合化合物的理化性质与波谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果：从五味子藤茎95%乙醇的冷浸提取物中分离得到10个化合物,分别鉴定为：五味子甲素（1）、五味子乙素（2）、五味子丙素（3）、gomisin N（4）、五味子醇甲（5）、安五酸（6）、二氢愈创木脂素（7）、十四烷酸（8）、β-谷甾醇（9）、胡萝卜苷（10）。结论：其中,化合物6-8为首次从五味子藤茎中分离得到。Objective： To separate and identify the chemical constituents from the stem of Schisandra chinensis. Methods： Various chromatographic techniques were used to separate and purify the chemical constituents from 95% ethanol extraction of the stem of Schisandra chinensis. Their structures were elucidated based on the physico-chemical properties and spectral data. Results： Ten compounds were obtained and elucidated as（＋）-deoxyschizandrin（1）,γ-schizandrin（2）,wuweizisu C（3）,gomisin N（4）,schizandrin（5）,anwuweizic acid（6）,（-）-dihydroguaiaretic acid（7）,tetradecanoic acid（8）,β-sitosterol（9） and daucosterol（10）. Conclusion：Compounds 6 - 8 are obtained from the stem of Schisandra chinensis for the first time.
