摘　　要：以广东高校图书馆为例，通过浏览图书馆网页信息并辅以电话、电子邮件以及QQ咨询等对广东高校图书馆学科馆员制度建设的状况进行了调研，总结广东高校图书馆学科馆员制度建设取得的成就，指出存在的问题，对存在的问题进行追根溯源并提出了进一步改进措施，以期为地方高校图书馆界的学科馆员制度建设提供参考。Taking the Guangdong University Library as an Example, Using the network to inves tigate the construction of the subject librarian system for the university library of Guangdong, the purpose is to understand the status of the subject librarian system in university library in Guangdong, discover the problems of the development in it, and put forward the development strategies for the construction of the subject librarian system in university library of Guangdong.
