摘　　要：目的：探讨采用带部分骨质髌韧带重建指伸肌腱止点断裂的临床疗效。方法2010年3月—2013年11月，采用带部分骨质髌韧带重建指伸肌腱止点方法，治疗指伸肌腱止点断裂（锤状指）21例。结果本组伤口愈合佳，术后3～6个月伤指远指间关节主动屈伸活动良好，无疼痛，均获得满意疗效。结论用带骨髌韧带重建指伸肌腱止点断裂，手术操作易掌握，无需特殊辅助器械及材料，成本低廉、疗效可靠。Objective To explore with partial bone patellar ligament reconstruction refers to the clinical efficacy of extensor tendon check point of fracture. Methods During March 2010 to November 2013, used with partial bone patellar ligament reconstruction refers to of extensor tendon check point, to treat 21 patients with finger extensor tendon check point fracture （hammer finger）. Results The postoperative patients had good effect of wound healing, and all the patients 3 ～ 6 months postoperatively had good effects of active flexion and extension for the distal interphalangeal joint of the wound finger, no pain, with satisfactory results. Conclusion With a bone patellar ligament reconstruction refers to the extensor tendon check point of fracture method, the operation was easy to master, without the needs of special auxiliary equipment and materials, with low cost and reliable curative effect.
