克氏针内固定在掌指骨关节内骨折治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的：探讨克氏针内固定在掌指骨关节内骨折治疗的方法及疗效。方法对34例41处掌指骨关节内骨折，采用克氏针进行内固定治疗，并辅以术后早期功能锻炼。结果术后随访3～12个月，41处骨折完全愈合。按手指总主动活动度法评定：优15指，良19指，中5指，差2指，优良率82.9%。结论掌指骨关节内骨折采用克氏针内固定，可得到满意的治疗效果。Objective To investigate the technique and treatment ontcome of the metacarpal and phalangeal intraarticnlar fractures with Cross K-wire. Methods 41 leisions in 34 patients with metacarpal and phalangeal intraarticnlar fractures were treated by Cross K-wire, early rehabilitation was carride out postoperatively. Results All patients were followed up from 6 to 12 months. According to finger total active activities law degrees Rating：the result was excellent in 15, good in 19 and fair in 5, poor in 2, with excellent and good rate 82.9%. Conclusion Treatment of metacarpal and phalangeal intraarticnlar fractures by internal fixation with Cross K-wire can obtain satisfactory treatment outcome.
