腓肠神经营养血管皮瓣修复儿童足后跟轮辐伤的临床应用

摘　　要：目的：探讨腓肠神经营养血管皮瓣修复儿童足后跟轮辐伤的临床应用效果。方法对13例轮辐伤导致儿童足后跟软组织缺损创面应用腓肠神经营养血管皮瓣修复。结果13例皮瓣全部成活，经6～12个月随访，皮瓣外观良好，获得保护性感觉，踝关节功能恢复正常。结论腓肠神经营养血管皮瓣血管恒定易切取，是修复儿童足后跟创面的良好方法。Objective To explore the clinical effect of sural nerve nutrient vessels flap of repair spoke injury in children hindfoot. Methods The flap of sural nerve nutrient vessels were applied to repair hindfoot soft tissue defect caused by spoke injury in 13 children. Results All flaps survived. Postoperative follow-up period was from 6 to 12 months, the appearance and protective feeling of flaps were satisfactory, the function of ankles were normal. Conclusion The flap of sural nerve nutrient vessels has constant blood vessel and easy to cut, is a good method for repairing hindfoot wound in children.
