摘　　要：目的：探讨游离双侧股前外侧皮瓣修复全手皮肤脱套伤的临床疗效。方法2012年1月—2013年3月，对5例全手皮肤脱套伤采用一期VSD（vacuum sealing drainage, VSD）覆盖，二期游离双侧股前外侧皮瓣瓦合修复，术后并进行随访。结果本组5例5手移植的皮瓣全部成活，经过二期分指并随访3～12个月，皮瓣质地柔软，外形饱满，色泽正常，未见明显色素沉着，感觉恢复S1级1例，S2级2例，S3级2例，术后经理疗和功能锻炼，各关节活动可，手部功能综合评价：优1例，良3例，可1例，优良率为80%。供区植皮全部成活，无瘢痕挛缩，无破溃，大腿功能无影响。结论双侧股前外侧皮瓣瓦合是修复全手皮肤脱套伤的一种理想方法。Objective To observe the treatment outcome that Conbined use bilateral free anterolateral thigh flap to repair degloving injury of the hand. Methods From January 2012 to March 2013, our department use a period of covering with VSD （Vacuum sealing drainage）, Delayed repairing with bilateral free anterolateral thigh flap for degloving injury in 5 cases, with follow-up. Results The transplanted flaps survived completely. After 3-12months of follow-up, the flaps were Satisfactory wtith soft texture, plump shape, no obvious pigmentation and good feeling （1 S1,2 S2,2 S3）. According to the functiongal evaluation criteria, The functional results were encouraging in all patients （1 excellent, 3 good, and 1 fair）, with an excellent and good rate of 80%. The donor sites healed well without scarring, walking function was completely normal. Conclusion Conbined use of bilateral anterolateral thigh flap to repair degloving injury of the hand is an ideal method.
