摘　　要：目的：探讨废弃指甲瓣修复另指指端缺损的方法。方法2008年6月—2014年7月，采用吻合血管的方法利用废弃指甲瓣修复另指指端缺损5例。结果所有病例修复后的手指指端均成活，术后随访3～12个月，平均7个月，手指外形良好，指体红润、饱满，感觉良好，两点辨别觉5～8 mm。结论采用废弃指甲瓣修复另指指端缺损，疗效满意，值得临床推广应用。Objective To research the application of repairing tip defect of another finger with free grafting the abandon finger nail flap. Methods From April 2008 to July 2014, in the hand injuries, 5 cases with another finger tip defect were repaired by free grafting abandon finger nail flap and vascular anastomosis. Results All flaps survived after operation, and were followed up for 3 to 12 months, with an average of 7 months, the flaps had good appearance. Two-point discriminstion was 5 to 8 mm. Conclusion With free grafting abandon finger nail flap is an effective method to repair another finger tip defect.
