摘  要:深圳虹湾花园为带5栋超高层塔楼的多塔结构。塔楼均为多项不规则且超B级高度的部分框支剪力墙结构。除根据各塔楼的超限特点采取相应加强措施外,从数值角度分析大底盘部分对塔楼地震作用的影响,并进行了大底盘混凝土楼板温度应力分析。最后,补充转换梁细部应力分析,校核常规梁单元模拟转换梁的计算结果,确保结构安全。Hongwan Garden in Shenzhen is a multi-tower structure with 5 super-tall towers. The towers are partial framesupported shear wall structures with multiple irregularities and the height over B-level requirement in the code. Relevant strengthening measures should be taken according to the out-of-code characteristics of the towers. The influence of large base part on seismic action of the tower was analyzed numerically and the thermal stress analysis of large base concrete floor was carried out. Detailed stress analysis for transfer beam was performed to check the results of transfer beam simulated by regular beam elements to ensure safety.
