摘 要:探索了酸性功能化离子液体1-(3-磺酸基)丙基-3-甲基咪唑磷酸盐的微波合成及在Mannich反应中的催化活性。利用正交实验的方法,考察了反应条件对产率的影响,结果表明,当n(对硝基苯甲醛):n(环己酮):n(苯胺)=1:1:1.5,催化剂用量为0.7g,微波辐射功率为400W,辐射10min时,产率可达84.56%。The Acidic functionalized ionic liquid [ 1- (3 - sulfonic group) propyl- 3 - methylimidazole dihydrogen phosphate] was prepared and used to catalyze the Mannich reaction. By microwave method. The influences of other conditions including the microwave power, reaction time, amount of ionic liquid, and material ratio on the yields were investigated. Through orthogonal experiments of parameters in a four factors and three level test, the optimum conditions were obtained for the Mannich reaction: n(p - nitrobenzaldehyde) : n(cyclohexanone) : n(phenylamine) = 1 : 1 : 1. 5, the quality of catalyst was 0.7g, the power of microwave was 400w, the irradiation time was 10min. The yield was up to 84.56% under these conditions.
