摘　　要：交通能源消耗是全球温室气体排放的主要来源,其中道路运输业是能源消耗和尾气排放的重点行业,提高道路运输业低碳竞争力水平对于保护和改善环境,促进社会经济的可持续发展意义重大。在已建立的道路运输业低碳竞争力指标体系的基础上,运用灰熵评估模型,构建了道路运输业低碳竞争力评价模型,对我国2013年道路运输业低碳竞争力水平进行了测算,提出了提高道路运输业低碳竞争力水平的三种路径。Transportation energy consumption is the main source of global greenhouse gas emissions. Among them, the road transport industry is the key industry of energy consumption and emissions. It is of great importance to improve low carbon competitiveness in road transport industry for protecting and improving the environment, promoting sustainable so- cial economic development. Based on the established low carbon competitiveness in road transport industry index system, the paper adopts grey entropy evaluation model and constructed the low carbon competitiveness evaluation model in road transport industry and made calculation of low carbon competitiveness level of China＇s road transport industry in 2013 and put forward three improving paths of low carbon competitiveness level in road transportation industry.
