摘  要:含钛球团具有品位高、渣量少等诸多优点,是目前高炉护炉的主要原料。通过试验研究,探索了用钛砂生产含钛球团的可行性。结果表明,配加钛砂对造球、焙烧影响不大;含钛球团爆裂温度较低,可以通过适当降低生球水分和膨润土配比来提高爆裂温度;含钛球团冶金性能满足要求。生产中,可根据高炉实际情况选择适宜的钛砂配加比例。The Ti-bearing pellet has such characteristics as high iron grade and low slag,which is the main raw material for furnace protection operation at present. In this paper,through experimental research,the feasibility of production of Titaniumbearing pellets with Titanium sand was discussed. The result shows that,proportioning with Titanium sand slightly affects green balling and roasting,the cracking temperature of Ti-bearing pellets is relatively low,and we can increase the cracking temperature of Ti-bearing pellets by properly reducing water content of green pellets and reducing the proportion of bentonite. The metallurgical properties of Ti-bearing pellets can meet the BF requirements. In production,suitable proportion of titanium sand can be added according to the actual condition of blast furnace.
