丹参地上部分糖类成分的动态变化

摘　　要：目的：研究丹参地上部分中糖类成分及其动态变化.方法：用HPLC-ELSD法分别测定丹参地上部分中糖类成分的含量.结果：丹参地上部分中含有葡萄糖、麦芽糖、水苏糖等,在不同生长期中,基本呈现有规律的变化,10～12月份总糖的含量较高.结论：丹参地上部分中存在糖类成分,为丹参地上部分的开发利用提供了一定的理论基础.Objective： To Study the miltiorrhiza and their dynamic changes. Mehtods carbohydrate components in the aerial parts of Salvia ： HPLC-ELSD method was used for analyzing contents of carbohydrate components in the aerial parts of S. miltiorrhiza respectively. Results： Aerial parts of S. tniltiorrhiza contain glucose, maltose, stachyose, etc. In different growth period, the changes of carbohydrate components are regular the higher amount of total carbohydrate components is from October to December. Conclusion： Aerial parts of S. miltiorrhiza have carbohydrate components, it provides a theoretical basis for the development and utilization of aerial parts of S. miltiorrhiza.
