摘  要:目的:对芫花药材中含量较低的毒效成分芫花酯甲和芫花酯乙建立相关含量测定方法,为芫花的临床使用安全性及进一步研究提供参考。方法:采用UPLC-MS,选择离子扫描法建立相关检测方法。结果:建立了芫花药材中芫花酯甲和芫花酯乙含量测定方法,得到芫花酯甲的线性回归方程为Y=10.48X+1 234,r=0.998,芫花酯乙的线性回归方程为Y=10.92X+1 997,r=0.995。结论:所建立的芫花药材UPLC-MS含量测定方法灵敏性高,操作简便,耐用性好,测定结果可靠,能较好地测定芫花药材中微量二萜类成分。Objective: To establish qualitative analysis method for yuanhuacine and yuanhuadine, and to provide the reference for the clinical safety of the medicinal material of Daphne genkwa. Methods: The qualitative analysis method was established by UPLC-MS and ion scanning method. Results: The qualitative analysis methods was established for determining yuanhuacine and yuanhuadine. The linear regression equation of yuanhuacine wasY = 10. 48X + 1 234, r = 0. 998, and the linear regression equation of yuanhuadine wasY = 10. 92X + 1 997, r = 0. 995. Conclusion: The qualitative analysis for D. genkwa by UPLC-MS was high sensitive, easy and simple to handle, good durability and reliable, which was able to determine the diterpenoids for medicinal material of D. genkwa.
