摘  要:目的:探讨稀土元素镧、铈对冬凌草再生植株生长的影响。方法:在冬凌草再生植株时期,添加不同浓度的稀土元素镧、铈,重量法测定均单株鲜重及干重。结果:Ce Cl3·7H2O对冬凌草再生植株生长的促进作用优于La Cl3·6H2O,空白对照组农艺性状评分为51.70分,5μmol·L-1Ce Cl3·7H2O条件下,评分最高为67.40分。结论:稀土元素铈能显著改善冬凌草再生植株农艺性状,而镧对冬凌草生长促进作用不显著。Objective: The effects of rare-earth elements La^3+ and Ce^3+ on R. rubescens tissue culture were studied. Methods: In R. rubescens regeneration period, the rare earth elements La^3+ or Ce3+ with different concentrations were added in the culture medium. Weights of Fresh and dry plant were determined by gravimetric method. Results: CeC13·7H2O had more positive promoting effect on regeneration plant than LaCl3·6H2O. The score of blank control group was 51.70 points, under the treatment of 5 μmol· L^-1 CeCl3·7H2O, the score reached up to the highest value of 67.40 points. Conclusion: The rare-earth element Ce has significant effects on agronomic traits in the regeneration plant of R rubescens, but the effect of La was not significant.
