摘　　要：以国内外有关文献为基础,综述了鹿鞭等药理活性以及化学成分的研究成果,建议采用现代科学手段对其药理活性和化学成分进行系统研究,以拓宽其应用前景。目前,已从中检测到8大类数十种化学成分,其生理活性除具有益血、补肾、壮阳、抗衰老等,还有促创伤愈合、促生长、增强机体免疫功能、抗疲劳等作用。Based on the relevant literatures, the research was reviewed on pharmacological activity and chemical compositions of Chinese crude drugs of Bian, such as deer Bian. And modem scientific methods were prospected to be used to systematically study the pharmacological activity and chemical composition, which to broaden its application. At present, eight categories, several dozens of chemical compositions had been detected. In addition to having a physiological activity of blood tonic aphrodisiac and anti-aging effects, the Chinese crude drugs of the Bian as also had the effect of promoting wound healing and growth, enhancing immune function and anti-fatigue.
