摘 要:自主研制了磁流变减振器及其振动测试系统,建立了磁流变振动系统的高阶分数阶动力学模型,比较分析了四种模型的建模精度,研究了分数阶模型主要特征参数与工况参数的关系,结合分形维数,建立了主要特征参数与系统性能参数的关系模型,分析系统性能与模型参数的相关性。研究分析表明,基于高阶的分数阶模型在不同工况下均具有较高的模拟精度,模型的阶数及模拟精度与控制电流、振动信号盒维数、系统的减振效率密切相关,反映了系统动力学特性和复杂性,可作为磁流变减振器及振动系统性能预测与评价的依据。Magnetorheological (MR) damper and its vibration test system was developed independently; the high order fractional order dynamics model of magnetorheological vibration system was set up; the modeling accuracies of four kinds of models were analyzed and compared; the relationship between the main characteristic parameters of the fractional order model and the critical current parameters was studied; combining with the fractal dimension,the model of the relationship between the main characteristic parameters of the fractional order model and the performance parameters of the system was established; the correlation of the system performance and the model parameters was analyzed. Analysis shows that the fractional order model based on high-order system has higher simulation accuracy under different conditions; the model order and its simulation accuracy are closely related to the control current, the box dimension of the vibration signal and the vibration reducing efficiency of the system, which can reflect the dynamics characteristics and the complexity of the system, and can be used as the basis of the performance prediction and evaluation of magnetorheological damper and vibration system.
