竞赛规则视野下竞技武术套路运动员表现力研究

摘　　要：武术套路作为以表现难美形为主导的竞技项目,对表现力的追求是其竞争的主要方面之一,《规则》是来源于实践,是经过先辈前人们总结出来的具有导向作用的规范准则,他是动作的导向,同样也是表现力的导向,文章采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、录像观察法、归纳总结法,对竞赛规则和表现力进行分析,归纳出竞技规则在动作质量、演练、难度三个方面影响运动员表现力,三者的影响分别是:难度动作的稳定性是表现力的基础,动作质量是表现力的关键,演练是表现力的核心。Wushu, as a sport dominated by beauty and hard forms, pursuit of expression is one of the main aspects of Wushu competition. ＂Rules＂ are derived from the practice, are summed up by the older generation people in the run- up and have the guiding role of norms, are action oriented, also expression of the guidance. The article USES the methods of literature, expert interview, video observation, summary method, analyzes the competition rules and expressiveness,induces the competitive rules in terms of quality, drills, three difficulties, have a certain influence on the effect of the three forms： difficulty movement stability is the basis of the expressive force, action is the key to the expressive quality,practice is the core of the expressive force.
