摘　　要：杭州凤凰国际大厦项目的绿色技术设计,从节能环保角度出发,综合运用被动式节能措施与主动式生态技术,包括建筑的自遮阳体形、特殊的气候调节表皮、种植屋面、太阳能光伏发电、地源热泵、节水设计等技术措施,有效降低了建筑能耗,为使用者创造一个健康、舒适、温馨而又节能的室内外环境。是将绿色技术设计运用于实践的一次尝试。Beginning with energy saving and environmental protection,the green technology design of the project of Hangzhou Phoenix International Building makes comprehensive use of passive energy-saving measures and active ecological technology including building self-shading,special climate regulating epidermal,planting roofing,solar photovoltaic,ground source heat pump,water-saving design and other technical measures to reduce building energy effectively. The healthy,comfortable,warm and energyefficient indoor and outdoor environments are provided for the users. The green technology design of Hangzhou Phoenix International Building is an attempt to the engineering construction.
