摘  要:确定陈皮、白术挥发油提取及其包合物制备最佳工艺.方法:水蒸气蒸馏提取挥发油和饱和水溶液法制备包合物,并用正交试验法,对挥发油提取与β-环糊精的包合进行3因素3水平考察.结果:最佳提取工艺A2B2C3,即陈皮、白术粉碎成过50目筛的粉末,加10倍水量,提取5h;最佳包合工艺A3B2C1,即用挥发油与β-CD投料比为1∶6,50℃搅拌包合5h,包合率为81.90%.结论:提取和包合工艺简单、易行、成本较低.The paper is related to the investigation of the optimum extraction and inclusion condition of es‐sential oil in A tractylodis macrocephalae Koidiz .and Citri reticulatae pericarpium .The technique of ex‐traction and inclusion are steam distillation method and saturated water solution ,respectively .3 factors and 3 levels orthogonal design have been adopted to explore the optimum conditions .Extreme difference a‐nalysis and variance analysis has been used for data processing .Conditions for the extraction and inclusion of essential oil have been studied .Best extraction process of essential oil in A tractylodis macrocephalae Koidiz .and Citri reticulatae pericarpium is A2 B2 C3 :raw drug materials are boiled 5 hours by addition of 10 times of water to the middle powder (50 mesh screen) of A tractylodis macrocephalae Koidiz .and Citri reticulatae pericarpium .Moreover ,its best inclusion process is A3B2C1 :the proportion of essential oil andβ‐cyclodextrin is 1 :6 ,inclusion time is 1h at the temperature of 50 ℃ ,inclusion rate is 81 .90 % .It is concluded that the extraction and inclusion process of essential oil from A tractylodis macrocephalae Koidiz .and Citri reticulatae pericarpium are simple ,available and economic .
