摘　　要：农业科学技术成果快速转化能够加快改造传统农业、发展现代农业的步伐,而农业高等院校是农业科技成果开发和应用的主要参与者。本文探讨农业高校科技成果转化的方式以及转化的创新模式,以加快农业科技成果的转化效率。The rapidly transformation of agricultural science and technology achievements can speed up the pace of transforming traditional agriculture and developing modern agriculture. Agricultural universities are the main participants in the development and application of agricultural science and technology achievements. This paper aimed to find out the way and innovation model of agricultural science and technology achievements transformation in agricultural university, so as to speed up the conversion efficiency of agricultural science and technology achievements.
