摘　　要：在当前生物信息学的研究过程中,通过对生物SNP数据的研究,可以了解生物的进化和发展过程,并找到影响其生长的基因。本文基于新疆绵羊SNP数据进行研究与设计,依据绵羊SNP数据的特性和系统要求,实现了新疆绵羊SNP数据库系统,为研究绵羊的科学工作提供了平台。In the process of current bioinformatics research, by studying the SNP data of organism, the evolution and development of this organism and the gene that impacted its growth could be found. According to the characteristics of sheepσs SNP data and the requirements of the system, this paper researched, designed and implemented the SNP database system of Xinjiang sheep to provide a platform for the study of sheep.
