摘　　要：医护人员精神压力十分巨大,相应地出现错误在所难免。本文以此为出发点,介绍了在医院中采取基于六西格玛的容错管理模式的必要性,从公开医院信息、建立患者信息反馈途径、设定容错限度和完善容错管理模式4个核心环节出发,详细论述了基于六西格玛的医院容错管理模式构建方法,并对其未来的应用提出了合理的建议。It＇ s difficult for the medical staff not make any mistakes who face so great stress .The passage use it as a point,intruducing the significance of using the fault tolerance management model based on six sigma in hospital.It focuses from four levels detailedly discuss the construction method that the hospital fault tolerance management model based on six sigma,just public hospital information,build a patient information feedback, set the fault tolerance limits and perfect the fault tolerance management model And it also put forward a reasonable suggestion for the application of the future.
