基于C管理模式的医院管理体系构建

摘　　要：长久以来,医院的管理模式并没有随着人才队伍、医疗设备的建设而同步发展,在一定程度上成为医院发展的瓶颈之一。C管理模式是一种较新的管理模式,在C模式中,充分注重医护人员的重要性,以人为核心,构建了一个具有智慧性的整体组织,从而改善医院原管理模式中制度固定,人与人之间缺乏沟通的缺陷。For a long time,the hospital management model with no talent team construction, medical equipment and synchronous development,become one of the bottleneck of the hospital development to a certain extent.A new management mode of C management mode, in the C mode,full attention to the importance of the medical staff, human centered,constructed a has the wisdom of the whole organization,so as to improve the system of hospital management mode in the original fixed, the lack of communication between people of the defect.
