50例初产妇头位难产分析及处理

摘　　要：目的探讨初产妇出现头位难产的原因及处理措施。方法选取头位难产初产妇50例(手术组),并选取同期头位顺产初产妇50例(自然分娩组)为对照组。结果初产妇头位难产的主要原因为胎方位异常。结论对于初产妇头位难产防治关键在于对难产征象做到早期识别,对轻微的胎头位置异常适时进行纠正,且孕妇要保持有良好的产力。Objective To investigate the primipara appear dystociacauses and treatment measures. Methods 50 cases with childbirth dystocia primipara was as operation group, the same period 50 cases of primipara head eutocia（natural childbirth group） was as control. Results Primipara head dystocia was the main cause of theabnormal fetal position. Conclusion For primipara head dystociaprevention is the key to achieve early identification of signs of fetal head position dystocia, slight abnormal timely corrective, andpregnant women should keep good productivity.
