吸附质在活性炭基吸附剂上吸附规律研究

摘  要:通过研究活性炭种类、活性炭改性及改性活性组分含量等因素对活性炭吸附剂性能的影响,得到不同种类吸附质(以苯、SO2、H2S、NH3为代表物)在活性炭吸附剂上的吸附规律。结果表明:吸附类型为物理吸附,使用具有丰富的微孔孔道结构的吸附剂效果较佳,如未改性的椰壳炭;SO2和H2S为化学吸附和物理吸附同时存在,使用低含量过渡金属改性的煤质炭吸附剂效果较佳,而NH3为纯化学吸附,使用高含量过渡金属改性的煤质炭吸附剂效果较佳。In order to acquire the adsorption rules of different kinds of the sorption on carbon sorbents, the influence of carbon species, carbon modified and transitional metal loading on the performance of the carbon sorbent was researched. The results showed that the cocoanut activated carbon which had abundant micropore was benefit for benzene which only physical absorption, the adsorption of SO2 and H2S which included physical absorption and chemical absorption was favor to the carbon sorbent with low loading of transitional metal. NH3 which exist only chemical absorption was favor to carbon sorbent with high loading of transitional metal.
