摘　　要：介绍了PVC熔体在管道内的流动模型,分析了注射斑的形成原因,论述了避免产生注射斑的工艺参数设计及调试方法,给出了设备方面应采取的措施。The flowing model of PVC melt in pipeline was introduced. The causes of formation of injection spots were analyzed. The process parameter design and debugging method for avoiding forming injection spots were discussed. The measures which should be taken according to equipment were provided.
