摘　　要：高层建筑凭借其宏大雄伟的气势、日臻完善的配套设备、丰富多元的建筑功能而进入人们的视野。它们的出现不仅改变了城市的建筑布局,而且很可能成为当地的地标和象征。但体型巨大、功能复杂、容纳人员众多的特点也使国内的高层建筑空调无论在设计,还是在施工、管理方面均有待完善和提高。The high-rise building with its grand majestic momentum, improving the equipment, rich and diverse architectural features into the spotlight. Their emergence has not only changed the architectural layout of the city, and is likely to become a local landmark and symbol. However, great size, complexity, is characterized by a large number of personnel to accommodate domestic high-rise building air conditioning in terms of design, or in the construction, management would have to be refined and improved.
