摘　　要：医药产业是体现一个国家和地区高端技术和经济发展水平的代表性产业之一,成为世界各国竞相发展的战略性产业。通过分析医药产业科技创新特征,从科技创新支撑能力、科技创新投入能力和科技创新产出能力三方面构建统计评价指标体系,利用统计综合评价方法对江苏等省区市医药产业技术创新能力现状进行实证分析和比较研究,全面深入地把握江苏医药产业的优势和不足,进一步完善政策扶持体系,引导技术创新发展和产业竞争力提升。Lots of countries are racing to develop pharmaceutical manufacturing industry as the strategic industry because of phar-maceutical manufacturing industry becoming an example of representative industry showing advanced technology and economic develop-ment level. Based on analyzing the innovation characteristics of pharmaceutical manufacturing industry, the paper proposed the statistic index on technological innovation capability in support, input and output. In the paper, empirical analysis and comparative study are applied for pharmaceutical industry innovation situation in Jiangsu and other provinces using comprehensive statistic evaluation method. Then the paper grasped Jiangsu pharmaceutical industry’ s advantage and disadvantage compressively and to further refine policy sup-port system and guide technology innovation development and competitiveness improvement.
