摘　　要：研究了国产全液压轮斗挖掘机用于采煤的合理工作面形式,结合该设备的特点确定了较为合理的采煤工作面形式为端工作面形式。分采煤工作面和掘沟工作面2种作业情形对全液压轮斗挖掘机的工作面布置分别进行了研究,并作出了典型的作业程序图。分析了斗轮挖掘物料的机理,确定了划分台阶分层的基本原则,以减少所挖掘物料中大块出现的概率,使物料的块度尽量均匀。The article researches the reasonable working face form of full hydraulic bucket wheel excavator mining. Combining the characteristics of equipment, the reasonable working face form is terminal form working face. It researches mining coal working face and trench digging working face, and makes typical operation process chart. The article analyzes mechanism of bucket wheel excavating material, determines basic principle of bench slice division which reduce probability of bulk materials and make material block as even as possible.
