摘 要:采用二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)和聚氧乙烯醚(YmerTM N120)为复合亲水单体,以聚醛树脂(A81)、聚醚二元醇(N220)和异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)为原料合成了聚醛改性羧酸/非离子型聚氨酯水分散体(PUD),研究了DMPA/N120质量比、A81添加量和NCO/OH摩尔比对PUD及涂膜性能的影响。研究发现添加A81可提高PUD涂膜的硬度、光泽和耐化学品性,特别是耐醇性能;当A81添加量为5%,DMPA与N120质量比0.4,NCO与OH摩尔比为1.5时合成的PUD涂膜具有较好的耐水、耐化学品性和较高的硬度。热重分析(TGA)发现A81改性PUD涂膜具有优异的热稳定性。与未改性的PUD对比发现,经A81改性后的PUD拥有良好的综合性能。The modified anionic/non-ionic aqueous polyurethane dispersions (PUD) were synthesized by using dimethylolpropionic acid (DMPA) and a new polyoxyethylene ether (YmerTM N120) as compound hydrophilic components, aldehyde resin (A81), polyether glycol (N220) and isophoronediisocyanate (IPDI) as raw materials. The effects of mass ratios of DMPA/N120, amount of A81 and molar ratios of NCO/OH on the properties of PUD and PUD film were investigated. It was found that the hardness, gloss and chemical resistance (especially resistance to alcohol) of PUD films were improved with the addition of aldehyde resin A81. The PUD films exhibit excellent hardness and resistances to water and chemicals when the amount of A81 is 5%, mass ratio of DMPA/N120 is 0.4 and molar ratio of NCO/OH is 1.5. Thermal gravimetric analysis (TGA) shows that the modified PUD films possess good thermal stability. Compared with conventional PUD, the modified PUD has a good comprehensive performance.
