鼻中隔矫正术治疗合并鼻中隔偏曲的常年性变应性鼻炎

摘　　要：目的:探讨鼻中隔偏曲矫正术治疗并鼻中隔偏曲的常年性变应性鼻炎的临床效果。方法:本院耳鼻喉科2012—2013收治的常年性变应性鼻炎患者60例,随机分为观察组和对照组各30例,观察组患者采用鼻中隔矫正术,对照组常规药物治疗。结果:观察组30例患者的总有效率为93.3%,对照组30例患者的总有效率为63.3%,观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(p<0.05)。观察组30例患者术后随访,术后6月总有效率为96.6%,术后1年总有效率为93.3%,2年总有效率为90.0%,随时间的延长显效率明显下降。结论:1鼻中隔矫正术对治疗常年性变应性鼻炎并鼻中隔弯曲的患者有效;2术后远期疗效下降,术后预防性使用糖皮质激素类鼻喷剂可提高临床疗效。Objective： Explore the clinical effect of deviation of nasal septum surgery for perennial allergc rhinitis with nasal septum deviation. Methods： 60 perennial allergic rhinitis of the hospital department of ENT 2012 - 2013 treated cases, were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 30 cases in each group, the observation group were treated by nasal septum surgery, the control group routine treatment. Results the ob- servation group of 30 patients with the total effective rate was 93.3 %, control group of 30 patients with th,~ total ef- fective rate was 63.3 %, total effective rate of observation group is obviously higher than that in control group （ p 〈 0. 05） . The observation group of 30 patients were followed up after operation in June, the total effi ^-iency of 96. 6%, after 1 years, the total effective rate was 93.3%, 2 years, the total effective rate was 90%, with the time prolonged significantly decreased efficiency. Conclusions： ①The nasal septal reconstruction in the treatment of perennial allergic rhinitis and nasal septum deviation were effective; ②Long term effect decreased after surgery, postoperative prophylactic use of glucocorticoid nasal spray can improve the clinical efficacy.
