中国药典中含有毒性成分朱砂、雄黄的中药使用安全性探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨含有毒性成分朱砂、雄黄的中药安全性.方法:对中国药典2010版中含有毒性成分朱砂、雄黄的药品组方进行研讨.结果:药典中含有朱砂、雄黄的口服药品66种,其中儿童用药20种.含有雄黄的药品27种,其中儿童用药7种,4种雄黄用量超过成人日使用剂量的50%;含朱砂药品59种,其中儿童用药19种;同时含有朱砂和雄黄的药品20种.结论:中国药典中关于朱砂和雄黄的使用剂量存在多重标准,药品的使用存在极大的安全隐患,特别是儿童用药和需要长期服用的药品.OBJECJIVE ： To investigate the safety of traditional Chinese medicine containing toxic ingredients of cin- nabar and realgar. METHODS ： Discussing prescription drugs containing toxic ingredients of cinnabar and realgar in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2010 Edition. RESULTS： There are 66 kinds of oral medicines containing cinnabar and realgar in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia, including 20 kinds of children＇ s drugs. In these medicines, 27 kinds of drugs contain realgar, including 7 kinds of children＇ s drugs, the dosage of 4 kinds of drugs exceeds adult＇ s dosage for more than 50% ; 59 kinds of drugs contain cinnabar, including 19 kinds of children＇ s drugs; 20 kinds of drugs contain both cinnabar and realgar. CONCLUTIONS： The dosage of cinnabar and realgar exist multiple standards in Chinese Pharmacopoeia, and the use of drugs exists great potential hazards, especially children＇s drugs and long- term use drugs.
