摘 要:为方便变电值班员拆解和收拾地线,有效提升工作效率,自主研制接地线卷扬装置。通过从力学和机械学角度进行理论分析,搭建理论模型,确定电动机的关键参数和装置的可行性。该装置主要由电动机、齿轮、轴承、链条等零件组成,具备手动和电动功能。通过对比采用人力盘卷和借助装置盘卷所花费的时间,验证该装置性能。实验证明,利用该装置盘卷接地线比人工盘卷更省时省力,操作更方便,能够有效减轻值班员劳动强度,提高工作效率,卷线美观大方,便于接地线的规范化管理,具有良好的应用前景。For the convenience of disassembling and cleaning up the grounding wire for substation attendants, and in order to improve work efficiency, the grounding wire winding device is developed independently. By the theory analysis from aspects of mechanics, the theory model is established and key parameters of motor and feasibility of the device are confirmed. The device is made up of components such as motor, gears and chains and so on which has manual and electric functions. The performance of the device is testified by comparing the time spent between the winding with manpower and the winding with the device, Test result proves that the winding of the grounding wire by the device has more time and manpower saving than by manpower, and the device is more convenient to be manipulated which can effectively lighten the labor intensity of attendants and improve work efficiency. The winding of grounding wire is beautiful and elegant which it is convenient to realize the standardized management and has a good prospect of application.
