黄芪注射液对慢性心力衰竭患者血清肿瘤坏死因子-α、白细胞介素-6及血管紧张素Ⅱ的影响

摘　　要：目的观察黄芪注射液对慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)及血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)的影响。方法选取CHF患者68例,随机分为黄芪组35例和常规组33例,另选取同期健康体检者30例设为对照组。常规组给予常规治疗,黄芪组在此基础上加用黄芪注射液静脉滴注,连续给药15 d。结果 CHF组与对照组左室射血分数(LVEF)、血清TNF-α、IL-6和AngⅡ水平有显著差异(P<0.01);黄芪组总有效率94.29%,显著高于常规组总有效率72.73%(P<0.05);治疗后黄芪组与常规组LVEF均较治疗前显著上升(P<0.01),血清TNF-α、IL-6和AngⅡ水平均较治疗前显著下降(P<0.05或P<0.01);组间比较各指标均有显著差异(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论常规治疗方案联合黄芪注射液治疗CHF可显著提高临床疗效,改善心功能,降低血清TNF-α、IL-6和AngⅡ水平,改善预后。Objective To observe the effect of Astragalus injection on serum tumor necrosis factor-α （TNF-α）,interleukin-6 （IL-6） and angiotensin Ⅱ （Ang H） in patients with chronic heart failure（CHF）.Methods A total of 68 patients with CHF served as study objects and randomly divided into Astragalus group （n =35） and routine group （n =33）.Another 30 people who conducted health examination at the same period were placed into control group.The routine group received conventional therapy.Based on this,Astragalus group received Astragalus injection intravenously.Both groups were treated for 15 days.Results There were significant differences in left ventricular ejection fraction （LVEF）,serum TNF-α,IL-6 and Ang Ⅱ level between CHF group and the control group （P〈 0.01）.The total efficiency of Astragalus group （94.29%） was obviously higher than that of the routine group （72.73 %,P 〈 0.05）.After treatment,the LVEF of Astragalus group and the routine group increased （P 〈 0.01）,while the serum TNF-α,IL-6 and Ang H level decreased significantly （P〈0.05 or P 〈 0.01）.All indicators differed significantly between the two groups （P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01）.Conclusion Conventional therapy combined with Astragalus injection in treatment of CHF patients can improve the clinical efficacy and heart function and decrease the serum TNF-α,IL-6 and Ang H level as well as improving prognosis.
