摘　　要：本文在分析应急测绘保障及其特征的基础上，论证提出了面向任务、面向对象提供应急测绘保障的过程：任务规划、基础地理数据部署、专题产品加工、面向任务数据集生产、地理空间信息应急服务，以及由面向任务数据集（MSDS）、态势感知产品和辅助决策产品组成的应急测绘产品体系。Based on the analysis of surveying and mapping emergency support and its characteristics, this paper proposes the process of providing surveying and mapping emergency support oriented to missions and users, which consists of mission plan- ning, basic geographical information deploying, thematic product production, mission specific dataset （MSDS） producing, geo- spatial information emergency service, and emergency product system including MSDS, situation awareness product and decision assisted product.
