摘  要:为研究液压油中铁磁性金属磨粒质量分数与微通道中螺线管线圈电感变化值之间的关系,设计并制造了微通道-电感式检测芯片与系统.实验测出同一磨粒在不同质量分数时电感传感器的数值,获得电感变化值和铁磁性金属磨粒质量分数之间的关系曲线.实验结果表明,随着液压油中铁磁性金属磨粒质量分数的增加,电感值增大;采用微通道-电感检测方法检测液压油中铁磁性金属磨粒的质量分数切实可行.In order to study the relationship between the mass fraction of metal wear debris in hydraulic oil and the detected changes of inductance value,the paper designed and manufactured the detection chip and system based on microchannelinductive detection method. Through experiments,the inductive sensor values were obtained under the condition of the same metal wear debris in different mass fractions. Then the curve between mass fraction of metal wear debris and changes of the inductance value was drawn. Experimental results show that the change of inductance value increases with the increase of the mass fraction of metal wear debris in hydraulic oil. Experiments describe that the proposed way is feasible for detection of mass fraction of metal wear debris in hydraulic oil.This study has important significance for the realization of mass fraction of metal wear debris detection in hydraulic oil.
