摘　　要：发展海洋经济,实施海洋强国战略,需要海洋高等教育事业发展的强力支持。虽然我国海洋高等教育发展取得了一定的成效,但是海洋高等教育对于海洋产业的贡献度仍比较小。我国海洋高等教育在教育规模、学科与专业布局、人才培养等方面取得了一定的成绩,但是也存在着学科结构不合理、海洋教育支持力度弱及复合型人才缺乏等问题。Development of ocean economy and implementation of strategy on maritime power require strong support from the development of higher marine education. Although China＇s higher marine education has got some effect, its contribution to the marine industry is still not obvious. The scale, layout of disciplines and speciatities and personnel training of China＇s higher marine education for ocean has achieved success, however there are also some problems such as irrational subject structure, weak support of marine education for ocean economy, and lack of complex talent, etc.
