摘　　要：21世纪是海洋的世纪,海洋在各国的发展进程中扮演着日益重要的角色,沿海国纷纷调整、制定新的海洋发展战略。在国内外已有研究成果的基础上,通过宏观分析与微观分析相结合以及定性与定量分析相结合的方法,对俄罗斯海洋科研与管理体系以及主要海洋产业发展的现状及特点进行分析,从而为我国开发和利用海洋资源以及中俄开展双边贸易合作起到启示与借鉴意义。The twenty-first century is the century of ocean, the ocean plays an increasingly important role in the development of all countries, and the coastal states are adjusting and developing new marine development strategies in succession. Based on the existing research findings, and by combining macro analysis with micro analysis and qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis, the paper analyzed the present situation and characteristics of Russian marine research and management system as well as the main marine industry development, so as to provide the enlightenment and reference for China＇s development and utilization of marine resources and the development of bilateral trade cooperation with Russia.
