氨溴特罗联合低分子肝素钙治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病加重期的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察氨溴特罗联合低分子肝素钙对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(AECOPD)患者的治疗效果。方法将126例AECOPD患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各63例。两组均进行常规综合治疗,观察组加用氨溴特罗及低分子肝素钙,治疗周期均为7 d,对两组患者治疗前后PaC O2、PaO 2、SaO 2等血气分析指标及DD、FIB等凝血指标进行比较。结果治疗后,两组患者PaC O2、PaO 2、SaO 2等血气分析指标及DD、FIB等凝血指标均较治疗前有明显改善(P<0.05),且观察组患者上述指标改善程度显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论氨溴特罗联合低分子肝素钙治疗AECOPD的疗效确切,可明显改善AECOPD患者PaC O2、PaO 2、SaO 2等血气分析指标及DD、FIB等凝血指标。Objective To observe the clinical effects of Ambrocol combined with low molecular weight heparin calcium on acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （AECOPD） patients. Methods 126 patients with AECOPD were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 63 cases in each group. The patients of two groups received routine treatment, patients of the observation group plus Ambrocol and low molecular weight heparin, the treatment cycle were 7 d, before and after treatment, the indexes such as PaCO2, PaO2, SaO2, DD, FIB were analyzed and compared. Results After treatment, the indexes such as PaCO2, PaO2, SaO2, DD, FIB were significantly improved compared with before treatment in two groups （P〈0.05）, and the indexes in the observation group improved significantly better than those in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of Ambrocol combined with low molecular heparin calcium in the treatment of AECOPD is accurate, the method can obviously improve the indexes such as PaCO2, PaO2, SaO2, DD, FIB of patients with AECOPD.
