康复护理在恢复期卒中患者治疗过程中的临床价值

摘　　要：目的探讨康复护理干预在恢复期卒中患者治疗过程中的临床价值。方法选取2011年9月至2013年7月我院收治的155例恢复期卒中患者为研究对象,所有研究对象均接受康复护理干预治疗,在康复护理干预前、康复护理干预4周后、康复护理干预12周后对研究对象的上下肢运动功能、生活质量、神经功能缺损进行评定。结果①恢复期卒中患者康复护理干预4周后的上肢、下肢运动功能Brurmstrom分级显著高于康复护理干预前(P<0.05),康复护理干预12周后的上肢、下肢运动功能Brurmstrom分级又显著高于康复护理干预4周后(P<0.05)。②恢复期卒中患者康复护理干预4周后日常生活能力量表(ADL)评分显著高于康复护理干预前,美国国立卫生院神经功能缺损量表(NHISS)评分显著低于康复护理干预前(P<0.05)。恢复期卒中患者康复护理干预12周后ADL评分显著高于康复护理干预4周后,NHISS评分显著低于康复护理干预4周后(P<0.05)。结论恢复期卒中患者治疗过程中应用康复护理干预可以显著改善患者的上下肢运动功能、生活质量,并使神经功能缺损得到恢复。Objective To explore rehabilitation nursing in patients with stroke in convalescence recovery. Methods 155 cases with stroke in our hospital from September 2011 to July 2013 were selected as research objects. All patients received the treatment of rehabilitation nursing. Motor function of upper and lower limbs, living quality, neural function deficient before and after rehabilitation nursing intervention （ 4 weeks, 12 weeks） were evaluated. Results OAfler 4 weeks of rehabilitation nursing intervention, the brurmstmm classification in motor function of upper and lower limbs was obviously higher than results before rehabilitation nursing intervention（P〈0.05）. After 12 weeks of rehabilitation nursing intervention, the brurmstrom classification in motor function of upper and lower limbs was obviously higher than results after 4 weeks of rehabilitation nursing intervention（P〈0.05）. （2）After 4 weeks of rehabilitation nursing intervention, activities of daily living （ADL） score was obviously higher than the score before rehabilitation nursing intervention. NHISS score was obviously lower than the score before rehabilitation nursing intervention（P〈0.05）. After 12 weeks of rehabilitation nursing intervention, activities of daily living （ADL） score was obviously higher than the score after 4 weeks of rehabilitation nursing intervention. NHISS score was obviously lower than the score after 4 weeks of rehabilitation nursing intervention（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing intervention is used to cure patients with stroke in convalescence recovery. It significantly improves motor function of upper and lower limbs and living quality. Neural function deficient will be improved.
