2008年～2012年某综合医院法定传染病疫情报告的分析

摘　　要：目的：分析龙岩市某综合医院2008年～2012年法定传染病发病情况及流行特征，为更好地制定传染病控制规划，加强传染病管理提供一定的科学依据。方法采用描述流行病学方法对某综合医院2008年～2012年传染病网络报告资料进行统计分析。结果2008年～2012年某综合医院共报告22种法定传染病10844例，其中报告乙类5629例、丙类5215例，无甲类传染病报告。报告发病率居前5位的为手足口病、梅毒、乙型肝炎、流行性腮腺炎、肺结核。传播途径以血液及性传播疾病及肠道传染病为主，分别占42.34%、41.87%。其次是呼吸道传染病，占15.78%。结论手足口病、梅毒为某综合医院主要上报传染病，手足口病发病率呈上升趋势，成为儿童常见传染病。性传播疾病呈逐年上升趋势。Objective Master of a general hospital in Longyan, the 2008-2012 reports of notifiable infectious disease incidence and epidemic characteristics, in order to better prepare control plan, provide a scientific basis for the management of infectious diseases. Methods Descriptive epidemiological methods Statistical analysis of 2008-2012 in a general hospital of infectious disease reporting network data. Results 2008-2012 years in a general hospital reported a total of 22 kinds of legal infectious disease 10844 cases, the report of non - communicable diseases, 5629 cases of type B, class C 5215 cases. The reported incidence of the top five infectious diseases as hand foot and mouth disease, syphilis, hepatitis, mumps, pulmonary tuberculosis. According to the analysis of transmission, the blood and sexually transmitted diseases and intestinal infectious diseases, accounted for 42.34%, 41.87%, the second is a respiratory infectious disease accounted for 15.78%. Conclusion Hand foot and mouth disease, syphilis is a comprehensive reporting infectious disease hospital, Hand foot and mouth disease incidence rate is rising, a common childhood diseases. Sexually transmitted diseases showed rising trend year by year.
