摘 要:目的为了进一步提高院前急救心肺复苏的成功率,分析和探讨应用便携式呼吸机的价值和意义。方法将2010年10月至2013年12月我院急诊科接诊的62例需要院前心肺复苏的急重症患者为研究对象并按照随机双盲对照的原则分为对照组和观察组,每组31例。对照组患者给予经口插管后实施简易球形气囊进行辅助呼吸,而观察组患者则在给予经口插管后实施便携式呼吸机进行辅助呼吸,观察和分析两组患者治疗前后的各项指标的变化情况。结果经过统计分析发现,观察组患者的各项指标的改善情况及抢救成功率显著优于对照组患者,且两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论对于院前需要心肺复苏的患者应用便携式呼吸机辅助呼吸,不仅可以显著改善患者的各项生理指标,而且操作简单方便,值得推广和使用。Objective To further improve success rate ofpre-hospital cardiopulmonary resuscitation, analyze and discuss the value and significance ofthe application of portable ventilator. Methods Selected 62 eases of pre-hospital cardiopulmonary resuscitation of critically ill patients during October 2010 to December 2013 in our hospital as the research object and according to the randomized double blinded principle, they were divided into control group and observation group, with 31 cases in each group, the patients in control group were treated with oral intubation after the implementation of a simple spherical balloon assisted respiration, while the patients in the observation group were given by mouth intubation in portable ventilator assisted breathing after the implementation of changes in the indicators, observed and analyzed each index of the two groups before and after treatment. Results Statistical analysis showed that the change of each index and the rescue success rate in eonlrol group were significantly better than observation group, the difference between the two groups was with statistical significance and (P〈0.05). Conclusion For those patients who need the application of portable ventilator assisted breathing cardiopulmonary resuscitation pre-hospital, it not only can improve the patient's physiological indexes, and the operation is simple and convenient, worthy of promotion and use.
